Restaurant Fjorden serves buffets for both breakfast and dinner. Large and airy, the 450-seat restaurant is divided into sections to give a quiet and intimate atmosphere.
Here you can enjoy a wide selection of both hot and cold dishes. Everything is prepared from scratch using high-quality ingredients. The cold buffet includes different salads, fish and shellfish, home-baked bread, cured meats, as well as accompaniments and much more. The hot buffet caters for all tastes, and always includes a fish dish alongside various meat dishes and hot accompaniments.
The hotel has its own pâtissier, so there are always beautiful cakes and delicious desserts gracing the dessert table.

In the run-up to Christmas (November and December), the hotel serves an extensive Christmas buffet of traditional dishes combined with a few new and exciting tastes, all beautifully presented.
