The Illegitimate Sons of Allan

(Oäkta) Söner af Allan perform songs by their spiritual father, Allan Edwall. In other words, it will be an evening of laughter, tears, anger and wonder.
Allan Edwall is perhaps best known in Norway as an actor, especially as Emil's father. However, he was also a well-known and beloved musician.
Edwall wrote his own songs, both lyrics and music. He released a total of six albums. The songs express a great social commitment with sympathy for the poor and weak. Many of the lyrics also combine an existential melancholy with burlesque humor. Several of the songs have been interpreted after his death by, among others, Stefan Sundstrøm and now; (Oäkta) Söner av Allan.
