THE GRAND SLAM

The Grand Slam brings together prominent and up-and-coming voices in slam poetry and spoken word for a full evening of poetry, music, conversations and dialogue with the audience. The programme consists of two curated performance sets and panel discussions that give the audience the opportunity to get closer to both the artists and the themes they convey.

This is not a traditional competition, but a professional stage where different stories, expressions and perspectives take centre stage. Through the audience grant, audiences also get to directly support one of the evening's artists financially.
