Forest bathing

Nature is important for strengthening our mental health. Forest bathing is something that has come in recent years, but we have always known that being in nature does us good. Now you have the opportunity to try forest bathing, together with us and other curious participants.

Meeting point: At the car park by Baklidammen.

Bring a torch, plenty of clothes and a seat pad. Also preferably something warm to drink.
Merethe, who is a yoga instructor, instructs on forest bathing, and we find our own places as she directs us to them. Assembly after the given time. Afterwards, those who wish can walk the whole round, and others return to the starting point.

Note: We are subject to weather conditions and will notify a couple of days in advance in case of cancellation
