Blues weekend is just around the corner, but why wait until the weekend to feel the good vibes? We're kicking off this year's Blues in Hell at Quality Airport Hotel Værnes already on Tuesday.
September 1st, and you're invited to the ultimate pre-party!
From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM we fill the hotel with real, intimate and raw acoustic blues. In the restaurant we offer a specially adapted blues menu for the evening from 6:00 PM.
From Jämtland we are visited by Bottleneck John's Delta Duo. Johan Eliasson (Bottleneck John) is a fantastic ambassador for the Mississippi Delta blues of the 1920s and 30s. With his raw communication skills, laid-back charm and solid partner Anders Sköldquist on resonator bass guitar, they deliver an intense and real blues experience you will not soon forget.
Bring your friends, warm up your vocal cords and get in the right festival mood before the festival kicks off in full force on September 3–5.
