Tollbua is a Nordic Gourmet Bistro that combine local ingredients with flavors from around the world.

Tollbua is located in a recently renovated building from 1910 that used to house the customs service. Now you'll find dedicated, highly skilled chefs cooking with the best local ingredients and one of the city's best wine cellars. The menu changes according to the season, and you can choose from a four or six-course menu, or a snack menu.
