6 attività ecosostenibili per l’autunno in Norvegia

L’autunno in Norvegia è un’esperienza che tutti dovrebbero fare. Fuggi dalla folla e dalla frenesia e vieni a gustarti il nostro paese quando il paesaggio si tinge di rosso, giallo e arancio.

Nonostante il tempo sia più freddo e umido è rilassante in questa stagione immergersi in un territorio così suggestivo. Persone di ogni età escono all’aperto per divertirsi con attività in montagna e nei boschi, lungo la costa o nelle città. E la cosa ancor più bella è che molte di queste attività sono sostenibili per l’ambiente e hanno poco o nessun impatto sull’ecosistema locale.

I norvegesi sono sempre più improntati a vivere in modo sostenibile ed etico, mentre luoghi nuovi e interessanti ricevono la certificazione di destinazioni eco-friendly. In occasione del World Tourism Day, celebrato il 27 settembre, il sito britannico Verdict ha indicato la Norvegia come una delle dieci mete turistiche più sostenibili al mondo.

In altre parole l’autunno è una stagione ideale per scoprire il paese da viaggiatore green. Lasciati guidare dagli uffici turistici norvegesi ad alcune delle attrazioni sostenibili imperdibili in questa stagione.

1. Avventure suggestive in bicicletta

Vuoi ottenere il massimo dal tuo viaggio in Norvegia? Noleggia una bicicletta e scopri pedalando alcuni dei luoghi più scenografici del paese.

Dall’alta montagna con discese ripide al territorio pianeggiante delle città - troverai di sicuro un itinerario che si adatta ai tuoi ritmi e interessi. Durante l’autunno il clima è spesso adatto a chi va in bicicletta, specialmente nelle regioni meridionali della Norvegia.

Migliora la tua tecnica in uno dei centri per biker adatti a tutta la famiglia, che stanno aprendo un po’ in tutta la Norvegia in connessione agli impianti sciistici. Mettiti alla prova con ciclismo downhill e su sentiero su flow trail e in bike park d’eccellenza, o sali in seggiovia fino in cima ad una montagna e cimentati su chilometri e chilometri di sentieri per bici. Soltanto a Trysil ci sono ora più di 100 chilometri di percorsi preparati e segnalati.

Oltre a essere un’attività green, viaggiare in bicicletta è un bel modo per mescolarsi alla gente del posto. C’è un forte interesse per il ciclismo in Norvegia e tanti norvegesi esplorano la loro nazione dal sellino della bicicletta.

E non preoccuparti se pensi di aver bisogno di aiuto per arrivare in cima. Noleggiare una bici elettrica in molte destinazioni è facile ed economico.

2. Sport acquatici anche in autunno

Quando le ore di luce si accorciano e le temperature calano solo i nuotatori più arditi osano ancora fare il bagno, ma questo non è un ostacolo per godere in altro modo delle acque cristalline dei moltissimi laghi, fiumi e fiordi della Norvegia.

Trova la pace interiore scivolando in kayak su un fiordo circondato da montagne e cascate spettacolari. O cerca le emozioni estreme e fa scorrere l’adrenalina facendo rafting sui fiumi.

In autunno le destinazioni in tutto il paese offrono escursioni guidate ed equipaggiamento per gli appassionati di sport acquatici di ogni livello.

3. Vacanze verdi al museo

Sei interessato a cultura, patrimonio e tradizioni, arte - ma in modo sostenibile? Nessun problema. La Norvegia ha tantissimi musei di livello internazionale, molti dei quali sono certificati ecosostenibili e lavorano costantemente per la riduzione dell’impatto sull’ambiente. In autunno troverai in tutto il paese nuove interessanti mostre.

Dovresti visitare anche qualcuno dei molti musei all’aperto, dove puoi vedere famose sculture, edifici storici e affascinanti attrazioni naturali mentre ti godi l’aria fresca e pulita.

4. Escursioni a piedi indimenticabili

Per molti norvegesi il massimo della felicità è mettersi un paio di scarponi e andare a camminare in montagna. E ci piace condividere con i viaggiatori questi scenari spettacolari.

Unisciti a noi per un’escursione in montagna o aiutaci a riempire un cestino di bacche nei boschi. In autunno le foreste sono piene di gustosi mirtilli, mirtilli rossi e lamponi artici.

Ma non devi per forza allontanarti molto dalle grandi città per fare esperienza della natura incontaminata. Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger e Trondheim sono tutte circondate da territori ideali per le escursioni a piedi, lungo i fiordi, nelle foreste e sulle montagne.

5. Una parete di adrenalina

La Norvegia è nota per le sue maestose montagne, le pareti a strapiombo e le affascinanti formazioni rocciose. Ma hai il coraggio di affrontare qualcuna di queste pareti a mani nude?

Ci sono poche emozioni più forti di quella che provi quando raggiungi la cima dopo un’arrampicata. Durante l’autunno puoi andare a caccia di quest’emozione in molte destinazioni in tutto il paese, con tour guidati per scalatori di ogni livello. Ma fa molta attenzione e ricorda che praticare arrampicata senza una guida è un’attività riservata solo agli scalatori molto esperti.

Se viaggi con dei bambini o se hai un po’ paura dell’altezza ci sono altre alternative. Fingi di essere Tarzan e Jane per un giorno e sfida le tue capacità in un parco per arrampicate all’aperto. Negli ultimi anni sono stati aperti molti parchi avventura nuovi e ben attrezzati.

6. Cosa prendere all’amo

101.388 chilometri di costa, 450.000 laghi e 332 diverse specie di pesce. Se cerchi un’esperienza all’aperto autentica in Norvegia, allora dovresti andare a pesca.

Autunno significa ottime possibilità di catturare la preda dei tuoi sogni. L’oceano è pieno di merluzzi, pollack e halibut mentre salmoni e trote ti aspettano in uno dei molti laghi. Tutto quello che ti serve è la pazienza e un po’ di informazioni su dove andare.

Gli operatori, dal sud al nord del paese, sono pronti a darti il benvenuto per un’esperienza di pesca irripetibile.

Sii preparato a un clima mutevole

Durante l’autunno in Norvegia l’aria è più fresca e frizzante, ma il clima diventa anche più umido e imprevedibile.

Da settembre possono esserci piogge piuttosto copiose e la costa può essere colpita da tempeste.

Ma non lasciare che questo ti dissuada dal venire in questa stagione. Nelle giornate di sole potrai sperimentare la bellezza dei colori autunnali e le ultime vampate di calore estivo.
