La sostenibilità è un elemento fondamentale nel nostro lavoro. I nostri membri sono costantemente impegnati a ridurre gli sprechi alimentari e a sviluppare i menu in stretta collaborazione con i produttori e i fornitori locali. Gli ingredienti tradizionali provengono spesso direttamente dall'orto dell'hotel e dai produttori della zona, o vengono semplicemente raccolti nella foresta. Viene utilizzato il riscaldamento geotermico e vengono adottate altre misure per ridurre il consumo di energia. Per scoprire meglio la località molti hotel mettono anche a disposizione biciclette e auto elettriche.
