Verkshotellet, built in 1912 as part of the construction of the Steelworks, carries a rich history. Originally used as a place to stay and a meeting point for executives, this venerable Art Nouveau building is a time capsule. After extensive restoration, the hotel was reopened in 2011 as an elegant hotel with historical roots. The original architecture and style have been preserved, creating a unique atmosphere.

With 27 bright and comfortable guest rooms, offering a total of 55 beds, you can experience the history of the Steelworks up close. Each room is a haven of comfort, and the venerable interior design creates a timeless feeling.

Verkshotellet functions as a fully equipped course and conference centre with space for about 50 people. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you with planning, and we guarantee a smooth and successful execution of your event. The hotel also has its own event venue, providing opportunities for memorable gatherings.
