The ingredients used at Sentralen are sourced from sustainable suppliers, and all the wines are organic or biodynamic. There is also has a large selection of beers and other beverages.
The kitchen stays open until 10 pm.
On the same floor you find Sentralen's cafeteria, open from morning until late evening. Here you can get coffee, lunch, pizza, snacks and drinks.
The restaurant and cafeteria are both part of the cultural and innovation house Sentralen, which also includes six stages, rehearsal rooms, conference rooms and office space.
