The colourful Lysefjorden Turisthytte is the perfect place to start experiencing Lysebotn, Lysefjorden and Kjerag.

In the heart of Lysefjorden, only 50 meters from the quay, is this serviced mountain lodge, which has now become an attraction in itself after the recent renovation of the cabin. Painted in all the colors of the rainbow, and with street art on the walls, a stay here will arouse both excitement and joy.
The tourist cabin is also very child-friendly, with both a trampoline, climbing frame and fishing rods for rent.

Lysefjorden Turisthytte is a fantastic starting point for trips to Kjerag and Flørlitrappene 4444, and is located midway on the hike Lysefjorden Rundt. The tourist cabin is located in Lysebotn, at the very heart of the Lysefjord, and is also a good starting point for trips to the tourist cabins Langavatn, Nilsebu and Stakken. Lysedalen, which is located directly behind the tourist cabin, also offers many idyllic local walks that are excellent for families with children.

Lysefjorden tourist cabin is serviced from May to October. In the cozy cafe you can be served the most delicious meals, with local tasty ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served with a license to serve beer and wine. It is also possible to buy refreshing ice cream, snacks and gift items from the kiosk.

Beautiful bedrooms in all price ranges and sizes. Sleeping bag is not allowed, but you can bring bed linen / sheet bag. Rental of bed linen and towels is also possible.
