Jølstra Museum is a private own museum with up to 400 year old houses, several thousand historical usage and ornaments, an art gallery and a fishing center. The museum is located in Vassenden, only 20 km from Forde.
We arrange concerts, weddings and other gatherings. Fishermen gather here looking for trout in rivers and lakes. You can buy photos from famous Sunnfjord - painters like Ludvig Eikaas and Oddvar Torsheim, as well as other national artists.
We rent out rooms for meetings, parties and other events. On request we can also arrange events on request, we serve and entertain the guests as they wish.
