Høyt & Lavt - Lillestrøm Activity and Climbing Park is located in the municipality Sørum just 20 minutes from Oslo airport Gardermoen and 30 minutes for the city center of Oslo.
This is one of Scandinavia’s biggest climbing parks and is an arena for experiences, mastering and challenges. The climbing park consists of different routes in the trees, with varying length and difficulty. Among other things, the routes consist of 41 zip-lines and cordage, which are built in the natural terrain, and allows you to experience the world from the treetops. In our café you can relax and enjoy a real cuisine experience. It is free to visit us; it is only those who want to climb that need to pay. In the park’s main season from April through November, we are open all weekends and in the school’s holidays. In addition, we welcome business groups and school classes outside the main season.
Our conference hotel “Smakfulle Rom” is located close to the climbing park.
