Our cooking is simple and we want to cook as honest food as possible. Preferably a little creative and exciting. It should always be good, very good! That we use the best ingredients in season and preferably from local producers is a matter of course. Because it actually gets better when we know who has taken care of the animals, grown the vegetables and fished the fish, sustainably.
