Partially submerged in the icy waters off Lindesnes, Under invites you to dine five meters below the surface. The panoramic view of the seabed offers a visual gateway to the ocean, connecting guests to the marine life outside. This allows you to take in the otherwise rarely seen marine ecosystem of the North Atlantic.



In their approach to food and architecture, the venue serves as a living periscope, open to the small, enchanting realms of the sea and its rich diversity. The building resembles a nostalgic "marine periscope," allowing you to lean in and immerse your head beneath the water's surface. This provides the opportunity to delve into the fantastic world unfolding below.
