Historic venue for hire - either as a complete experience with The Viking Experience, or for other events.
The venue is suitable for tastings, social gatherings, corporate events and private functions, and can be adapted to your needs.
If you choose The Viking Experience, you will get to taste locally brewed Viking beer, mead and cider, served together with a simple Viking tapas. The experience may also include short stories from the Viking Age in Western Norway and the opportunity to take photos on the Viking Throne. An engaging concept that combines culture, flavour and history.
The duration of The Viking Experience is approximately 1 hour. Price: NOK 580 per person, minimum 5 and maximum 10 people per hour.
From October to May, larger groups can book private sessions outside regular opening hours. When renting with alcohol service, no venue rental fee applies. Rental without alcohol service is priced according to the number of participants and the duration of the event.
The venue is located in The Viking Shop, Nøstegaten 41 in Bergen city center. The Viking Shop is a specialty shop with Viking-related products. The venue is flexible, and parts of the shop are cleared away during events.
