Tromsø
This tour is operated by Polar Adventures. During this stunning fjord and fishing tour that takes you around Troms majestic fjords, board one of our charming and traditional boats to see real arctic wildlife!
We start at 10:00 by heading towards Rya Island. Along the way, you can stay out on deck or be inside. We have a small bar on the boats so you can enjoy as much coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies as you want during the entire experience. When we reach Rya Island, we look for the white-tailed eagle which nests on the island, as well as other animals such as porpoises, dolphins, seals, and more. Then, we set course towards Ramfjord, and upon reaching the fjord, it's time to try your luck at fishing. The cruise also takes you past an old military station, Olavsvern, and in winter, you can see the sea ice that covers the fjord. As we start heading back towards Tromsø, our fresh fish soup is served with a variety of bread. Throughout the tour, our crew will show and talk about local history, wildlife, the scenery, and keep you updated. The crew will take good care of you to ensure you have a lovely day at sea.

Departure time and place: 10 AM from Polar Adventures office, (Front Pier, Killengreens Gate 7-11, Tromsø). Please meet up 15 minutes before.
Included: Guide, thermal suits, cookies and snacks, warm drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), cold drinks (water, juice), fish soup (with a vegan option available), and fishing gear
