NYT Bar & Bistro serves both lunch and dinner, with a menu that changes with the seasons and is based around ingredients from Northern Norway.
The restaurant is spread over two floors. The ground floor has an open and informal setting, with views towards the kitchen and courtyard. Upstairs, there is a separate space for small and medium-sized groups, with room for up to 25 guests.
The sheltered courtyard is open throughout the year and forms an extension of the restaurant. During summer, the space is used more actively, including for grilling and music.
