Louise, a long-established restaurant, has been a central part of Aker Brygge for several decades. Following its reopening in 2026, the restaurant presents itself in a new guise, where classic Nordic flavours meet a modern expression and high-quality ingredients.
The menu has been developed in collaboration with four Bocuse d’Or medallists, offering dishes rooted in Nordic cuisine, complemented by clear international influences and techniques.
At Louise, the focus is on a refined dining experience, where quality, craftsmanship and flavour take centre stage.
