A marked trail at Sokn island just outside of Stavanger. Sokn is part of the islands often referred to as the green islands.

The area comprises grassland and a hilly coastal landscape with a partially developed trail/tractor road. The return hike is around 1.8 kilometres. There are great countryside and sea views from all parts of the path, especially at Soknakrossen. There are also prehistoric sites in this hiking area. Suitable for families. There is a parking area.

Parking behind the green farmhouse that you will pass on the right-hand side.

Getting to by public transport

Bus to Sokn bus station (Sokn busstasjon).
