New Grand Gastro opened in the summer of 2013 in the historic Grand Hotel in Hollenderbyen, Flekkefjord. The place quickly became popular thanks to a skilled local head chef. Grand Gastro also has an outdoor terrace.
Their food philosophy is simple: honest, straightforward food made from scratch with great care. They use the best Norwegian ingredients, based on seasonality and availability, and change their menu according to the seasons.
If you are coming with a group, it is recommended to make a reservation.
Grand Gastro also offers catering. If desired, you can also arrange your own cooking course with them at home in your own kitchen.
