The new Glacier Center Fonna1199, with its unique architectural design, is located just a stone’s throw from the glacier itself. Here you will find Restaurant Fonna1199, which serves lunch from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, along with other treats. In addition to spectacular views of the glacier, mountains, and fjord, the welcome center houses Folgefonni Glacier Guides and the summer ski resort Fonna Glacier Ski Resort.
