Experience the spectacular nature of the Tromsø region on a comfortable catamaran. This six-hour tour takes you through majestic fjords, idyllic islands, and the open ocean, where you can witness the raw Arctic wilderness up close.

This tour is conducted by Cruise Service.

The journey passes through stunning fjords and along the coastline, past small fishing villages, remote islands, and impressive landmarks shaped by time and natural forces. Along the way, you will see glaciers, towering mountains, and dramatic landscapes that offer a unique insight into the Arctic wilderness.

In addition to breathtaking nature, this tour also provides a historical and cultural experience. We pass several historic sites and coastal communities that have been home to fishermen and seafarers for generations. Our knowledgeable guides will share fascinating stories about life in the north, the importance of these fjords in Norway’s history, and how they have played a crucial role in times of both war and peace.

One of the highlights of the trip is a stop at Sommarøy, a picturesque island known for its white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Here, you will have one hour to explore the charming coastal community on your own or simply relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Lunch is available on the island, offering fresh, local flavors.

The waters around Tromsø are rich in wildlife, and if we are lucky, we might spot sea eagles, seals, seabirds, or even orcas and other whales. When the opportunity arises, we will stop to observe these magnificent animals in their natural habitat.

The tour is operated on the MS Gabriele ship, a spacious and comfortable catamaran with ample room both indoors and outdoors. The vessel features large panoramic windows, heated seating areas, and spacious outdoor decks. Several restrooms are available on board, and there is a bar offering hot and cold drinks as well as light snacks (not included).
