2 day hike for body and soul with Troset Farm ,

A different walk with mindfuldness and qigong, ending with a 3-course dinner

This is a walk from Munkeby to Troset with focus on exploring both the exterior and the interior landscape. During the walk you will get mindfulness exercises that will help to enhance your walking experience.

When you wander along the pilgrim path from Munkeby to Markabygda village, the landscape opens up on the way down the mountain side. The farm Troset is located in beautiful surroundings in the village Markabygda in Levanger municipality and is one of the oldest settlements in the village, with a restored farmhouse from 1780. The farm is still fully operational and in the summer you will meet both goats and cows grazing in the pasture.

Day 1:

Hike from Munkeby to Troset in beautiful Trøndelag nature. You get mindfulness exercises that make you even more aware of what is happening in the landscape and in yourself.

Upon arrival, a 2 course dinner is served and the evening concludes with meditation and visiting the St. Olavs well nearby.

Day 2:

After breakfast, practicing qigong and learn some simple exercises that you can take and use at home.
