Overview

Føllingstua is located idyllically in the southern end of the lake Snåsavatnet, 200 m from highway E6, 14 km north of Steinkjer. Fishing in the Snåsa lake, canoe and boat rental.

Føllingstua Camping has a total of thirteen year-round cabins. Seven larger high-standard cabins (either with one bedroom and loft, or with two bedrooms) with fully equipped kitchen, shower / WC and TV, as well as six simpler cabins with cooking facilities and with shower and WC in shared sanitary facilities. In addition, the campsite has two double rooms. One has a kitchenette and coffee maker, the other room only has a fridge and coffee maker. The shower and toilet are in common sanitary facilities.

Føllingstua has 65 pitches for caravans and motorhomes, in addition to its own tent area. The entire campsite has access to wireless internet.

Føllingstua Camping is Green Key environmentally certified.

Dining and local food restaurant

Føllingstua offers an exciting menu of local food and organic ingredients. Please note that the restaurant is only open on request during the low season.

Experience Snåsavatnet - fishing and boat rental

Snåsavatnet is Nord-Trøndelag's largest and most important fishing lake. Føllingstua offers sale of fishing licenses to Snåsavatnet and boat and canoe rental. There are very good fishing opportunities right outside the campsite with trout, char and burbot.

Bring your kayak or rent a canoe or row-boat and have a nice experience on Norway's sixth largest lake.
