Elfis Sjøstuer (seahouses) is located by the sea and is a small and cosy place to stay to explore the island of Herøy. Here you can stay in a cabins, rooms and fishmans cabins, all cosy and well equipped.

Enjoy the majestetic view of the mountain range "The Seven Sisters" to the south, or look north to the well known island peak "The Dønnamann". Bring your bike along and hop from island to island, enjoy fishing in crystal clear waters, or go trekking in the mountains. Elfis Sjøstuer offer a high standard cabin with attic, and two apartments in a boathouse (with separate bathroom/kitchen). Several rooms and even small cabins for 1 or 2 people. Outdoor area with barbecue, and fishgutting facilities. A boat is also available for rent.

How to get here

By ferry 18-171 to Flostad from Søvik (about 15 kms south of Sandnessjøen). Follow main road past Prix (grocery store) and about 5 kms to Labukta. Or take the ferry from Sandnessjøen to Bjørn on Dønna - and drive south by main road (20 kms). For bikers: Express boat from Sandnessjøen to Flostad (18-172).
