Badelandet is a large water park beside Kristiansand Zoo. Large indoor and outdoor swimming pool complex with lots of slides and pools.
Badelandet is Kristiansand Zoo's closest neighbor, it has 12 slides and 12 attractions / pools / Water slides. Eight of the slides are outdoors, three are indoors. The largest slide has a height drop of 14 meters. The "Overfloden" is 230 meters long.
Badelandet island is just under 23 acres. The indoor facility is 1800 square meters large, including locker rooms and showers. There are total of 750 lockers inside and outside.

Under the pier: In the store you can buy everything you need for a day in the Pool. We have swimwear for adults and children, towels, swimming toys, sunscreen, sunglasses and souvenirs.
Age limit / height restrictions:
Several of the slides and attractions have height restrictions. Children under 10 years of age and children whom lack sufficient swmming skills must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years.

Dogs: Due to infection, it is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the zoo / Pool Area. We have space for dogs at the main entrance.
Location: Kristiansand Zoo is located 12 kilometers east of Kristiansand, close to E-18.
Bus: From the center of Kristiansand (Henrik Wergeland Street), take bus No. 01 to M1 or zoo. These go approx. four times an hour. From the 6 / 6 to 22 / 8 the bus also drives on Sundays.
