SINNSYN Live – with Maria Abrahamsen and Sondre Risholm Liverød

13 ottobre 19:00

On Tuesday, 13 October, Folk & Lister invites you to an evening exploring trust at Farsund Folkepub. To mark World Mental Health Day, Maria Abrahamsen and Sondre Risholm Liverød will bring their microphones and record SINNSYN live in front of an audience.

Maria Abrahamsen is a psychologist who grew up in Farsund and still lives there. Under the name Psyktdeg, she shares insights into psychology and mental health in an accessible, down-to-earth way. Sondre Risholm Liverød is a specialist psychologist, author and speaker with extensive experience in psychology, relationships and personal development.

The two share more than a profession. Sondre is Maria's uncle, and together they have developed BeBalanced.ai, aiming to make psychological knowledge and tools available to more people.

This evening's conversation focuses on trust. What makes us trust another person, and why is trust so important in close relationships? Maria and Sondre explore what happens when trust is broken – and what it takes to rebuild it.

But trust is also about our relationship with ourselves. How do we learn to trust our own judgement and choices, and what do we do when doubt takes over?

Expect a lively, informal conversation, with opportunities for reflection and questions from the audience.

The event is open to everyone, and admission is free.
