Join us and learn the swing dances Bugg and Boogie Woogie from scratch!!!
Preliminary course program (Saturday and Sunday):
10:00-12:00 Bug - Beginner (Basic course)
12:30-14:30 Bug - Slightly advanced (high school)
15:00-17:30 Boogie Woogie - Beginner (Basic Course)
Saturday evening: Social dancing from 8:00 PM-12:00 PM

NB! Remember the names of participants + which course(s) you wish to attend. Registration in pairs is preferred. There will be a waiting list for those registered without a partner and we cannot guarantee a place.
For the best learning effect, we rotate partners, but if you prefer to dance only with your own partner, that is of course okay.
Course fee:
Full pass (all courses + social dance): NOK 1200 per participant (couple NOK 2400)
2nd course+social dance: NOK 1000 per participant (couple NOK 2000)
1st course+social dance: NOK 600 per participant (couple NOK 1200)
Only social dancing w/DJ: NOK 150 per person. participant

About the dance form Boogie Woogie:
Boogie Woogie is a lively and playful couple dance with roots in the swing tradition. The dance is characterized by energetic movements, fast feet, creativity and close interaction between the dance partners. It is danced to catchy rock'n'roll and swing music, and allows for both improvisation and personal style.
In the course we learn basic steps, rhythm, leading and following, as well as simple moves and combinations. We focus on finding the flow in the dance and having fun together on the dance floor.
The course is suitable for both those who have never danced Boogie Woogie before, and those who have some dance experience.
