Adam Douglas – An American Holiday 2026

Beloved artist Adam Douglas once again welcomes audiences to the hugely popular An American Holiday, which has sold more than 65,000 tickets. Together with his fabulous band, Adam takes audiences into atmospheric spaces, performing both original winter and Christmas songs, as well as putting his own spin on classic Christmas favourites.

An American Holiday was born from a long-held dream of Adam's to share his own Christmas music traditions with Norwegian audiences, inspired by soul, blues, gospel and Americana.

The tour is deeply personal to Adam, and he is delighted that the tradition is now entering its ninth year. A tenth anniversary is just around the corner! He says:

“The great thing about this concept is that there is always room for something new. The world has changed a lot since we started in 2017, and we take that with us when creating next year's version. We are constantly building on it, adding new elements and letting it grow a little each year. And I am incredibly excited to hit the road with the gang again. It is such a wonderful reunion every time; we have become like a little family on the road. We get so much energy from being on stage together – everyone walks around smiling. It is the ultimate way to recharge for the Christmas holidays.”
