The 2017 Kon-Tiki Chamber Music Festival (prev. Kon-Tiki Classical Music Fest) is held at the Norwegian Maritime Museum, and features internationally renowned singers, string musicians and chamber music from a broad romantic and classical repertoire. The festival presents four concert evenings, each with a different programme. Festival director is David Coucheron. The festival programme contains music by Mozart, Brahms, Schubert, Schumann, Grieg, Strauss d.y., Piazzolla and others. Click here to see a complete programme for each of the concert evenings. This year's musicians are: David Coucheron - violin, Julie Coucheron - piano, Christoffer Rex - cello, Elizabeth Prigden - piano, Mari Eriksmoen - soprano, Mark Holloway - viola, Christopher Tun Andersen - violin The concerts last for about two hours, including intermission. A bus will run from the museum to Oslo city centre after the concerts (7.30 pm departure).
