Hitra gives us a fantastic base, with an abundant supply of delicacies from land and sea. We work closely with local suppliers, giving us both knowledge and access to premium ingredients.

We serve rustic food based on Norwegian traditions. We also serve banquet menus with a somewhat higher standard in terms of presentation and material usage.
