  • Oslo: escursione a Vettakollen

  • Percorso: circa 1.2 chilometri solo andata
    Grado di difficoltà: facile
    Altitudine s.l.m.: 419 metri

    Se vuoi fuggire nel giro di pochi minuti dalla frenesia della città, questo percorso fa per te. A soli 1.2 chilometri dalla fermata della metro, la cima della collina Vettakollen è una delle escursioni a piedi più facilmente raggiungibili dal centro città.

    Segui il sentiero per la foresta di Nordmarka, il “giardino” di Oslo, e sarai ricompensato da una veduta panoramica sulla città.

  • Bergen: escursione sul Monte Fløyen

  • Percorso: circa 5 chilometri
    Grado di difficoltà: medio
    Altitudine s.l.m.: 400 metri

    Quando si tratta di panorami eccezionali e sentieri accessibili è difficile battere Bergen. Attorniata da ripide montagne la città è situata in posizione idilliaca sul fiordo. Comincia la giornata con una escursione in montagna, poi ritorna giù per gustare la vita vivace del centro città.

    Visit Bergen, l’ufficio turistico locale, consiglia un tour guidato sul Monte Fløyen, una cima a 400 metri sul livello del mare. Sali sulla funicolare Fløibanen e partecipa a una delle escursioni giornaliere sulla montagna. Durante il tour camminerai su sentieri segnalati attraverso una natura intatta, mentre potrai ammirare la città da diverse angolature.

    Potresti non crederci, ma la foto qui sotto di Tromsø vista da Fløya è stata in realtà scattata di notte. Ogni anno in estate questo monte attrae molti visitatori che vogliono vedere il sole di mezzanotte.

    “Il panorama da Fløya è formidabile. Puoi vedere tutta Tromsø e le isole circostanti. È anche il luogo migliore della città per ammirare il sole di mezzanotte”, dice Anne Marit Vik di Visit Tromsø.

    Ci sono molti modi per arrivare in cima. Alcuni scelgono di salire con la funivia fino a Storsteinen e poi proseguire a piedi risalendo la collina. Altri salgono i 324 gradini della “scala Sherpatrappa”, che parte vicino alla stazione a valle, situata sulla terraferma di Tromsø.

    Altitudine s.l.m.: 324 metri

    Scopri alcune dei punti panoramici un po’ sottovalutati nella regione di Stavanger. Questa parte della Norvegia è nota per le famose attrazioni Preikestolen (“il Pulpito”) e Kjeragbolten, ma i paesaggi molti vari della zona offrono molte altre alternative suggestive.

    Il punto panoramico di Dalsnuten, situato a Sandnes, è la scelta giusta se stai cercando un’escursione facile nei dintorni di Stavanger.

    Il percorso include di tutto, da sentieri segnalati e ripide colline a piccoli laghetti ideali per una nuotata. Non dimenticare di portare un “matpakke” (pranzo al sacco). Non c’è niente di meglio di uno spuntino dopo una bella camminata.

    Trondheim: escursione a Storheia

    Percorso: circa 5 chilometri solo andata
    Grado di difficoltà: facile
    Altitudine s.l.m.: 565 metri
